Who we are

GameTract is operated by Peoplely Ltd (“we”, “us”), the data controller for this website. Contact: info@gametract.com.

What this website collects today

Deliberately little. The current site has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics scripts and sets no tracking cookies.

• Waitlist email address — only if you submit the early-access form. Legal basis: consent. Used solely to email you about GameTract early access; every email includes a way to be removed, and you can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
• Server logs— our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retained only as long as the hosting provider's standard log retention.

Fonts are self-hosted with the site — no requests go to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service when you browse.

The desktop client (in development)

The GameTract desktop client is not yet released. Before it ships, this policy will be updated with a precise description of its data handling, and the client will not launch under a vaguer standard than this one:

• Local by default. Your save files, game installs and trainer configurations live on your machine. Save contents are not uploaded unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.
• No inventory of your PC. The client scans for games only, and will not collect running process lists, file contents or unrelated system data.
• Documented telemetry only. Crash reports and product analytics will be documented, minimal and — wherever feasible — optional.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Waitlist submissions are stored with the form-processing service we configure for that purpose, acting as our processor. Server logs sit with our hosting provider. No other sharing occurs, except where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing — email info@gametract.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've handled your data improperly.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. This policy will be revised — and reviewed — before any account system, billing, or the desktop client launches.
