1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the GameTract website (www.gametract.com) and the early-access waitlist, operated by Peoplely Ltd. The GameTract desktop application is not yet released; it will ship with its own end-user licence agreement, published before release.

2. The product, honestly described

GameTract is in development. Information on this site about planned features, supported games, pricing and timelines describes intent, not commitment — it may change as development proceeds. We keep statuses on this site accurate, and we do not represent any feature as available until it actually is.

3. Acceptable use — the single-player rule

GameTract exists for legitimate single-player and offline game enhancement. You must not use GameTract, or anything published on this site, to:

• gain advantage over other players in any multiplayer or competitive context;
• bypass, disable or interfere with anti-cheat, DRM or other technical protection measures;
• evade bans or misrepresent hardware or identity to a game service;
• violate a game's terms where doing so affects other players or online services.

You are responsible for how you use single-player tools with the games you own. Where a specific game has online components, follow the offline-boundary notes on its catalogue page.

4. Intellectual property

The GameTract name, mark, site design and original content are owned by Peoplely Ltd. Game titles, cover art and related imagery are the trademarks and copyright of their respective publishers, shown here nominatively to identify the games GameTract supports; GameTract is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer.

5. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side: we may open early access in stages, and you can leave the list at any time. Waitlist data is handled per the privacy policy.

6. No warranties; liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
