Why this game is in the catalogue
Red Dead Redemption 2's single-player campaign is one of the most detailed worlds ever built, but its deliberate pacing — slow travel, camp upkeep, weapon maintenance — is exactly what some players want to ease on a second ride through.
GameTract's planned support is strictly for the offline Story Mode. Red Dead Online is a separate, live service with its own protections, and GameTract will never touch it.
Arthur's story is the reason to replay RDR2 — not re-earning the same $500 for a horse. Offline economy tools cut the busywork between story beats.

The offline boundary
Red Dead Online is a live multiplayer service and is explicitly out of scope. GameTract tools apply only to the offline single-player Story Mode.
